1. Service Description

Simora is a free memecoin paper trading extension for Axiom, GMGN and Padre. It provides a paper trading layer and related practice tools on supported third-party trading terminals.

Simora does not execute real trades, hold funds, provide brokerage services, or require access to private keys.

2. No Financial Advice

Simora is provided for educational, simulation and practice purposes only. Nothing provided through Simora constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

3. No Custody and No Real Trading

Simora does not require a wallet connection, does not access private keys, and does not move or store user assets.

All trades performed inside Simora are simulated and do not execute blockchain transactions or use real funds.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use Simora and for any trading or investment decisions you make outside of the Simora simulation environment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Simora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or decisions arising from the use of Simora.

6. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Simora at any time without notice.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Simora operates on supported third-party trading platforms including Axiom, GMGN and Padre.

Simora is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Axiom, GMGN or Padre.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, functionality, policies or services of third-party platforms.
